The Center

The Otay Lakes Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center located in the Doctors Park Complex in beautiful Eastlake, Chula Vista. Otay Lakes Surgery Center is proud to bring cutting-edge technology to the South San Diego County area.

Our goal is to provide our community with a safe, cost-effective alternative to doing surgery in a hospital or having to drive long distances to other centers in Greater San Diego. Lead by the highly-regarded Medical Staff, the surgery center offers a wide variety of surgical services, including orthopedic, general, ENT, and pain management. The surgery center is AAAHC Accredited and a member of CASA.

An Ambulatory surgery center is a specialty center that serves only those patients engaging in elective surgery that are able to go home the same day! The staff are all professionals who specialize in care and treatment of patients undergoing outpatient surgery. We are required to meet the same regulations and strict standards of care as the hospital.
